Message	Does not constitute an emergency on theirs... I had guy tell me that once; (in Dallas, by the way) I fired him the next day. He didn't get it and neither do you. Businesses exist for customers, not the other way around. A more correct attitude in the business world is "My customer's lack of planning constitutes an opportunity for me..."
